26 Days Left.... Will We Hear From Billy?
Thanks to the Billy Idol Aid event's I was named Philanthropist of her year by D-List magazine in 2011. Now wrapping up this project I hope to top over $10,000 donated to charity because of this PlayMyBirthdayBillyIdol.com project.
Kind of crazy to think about seeing my college education has left me nearly $40,000 in debt. Yet despite that I can't complain about my life. I work hard, multiple jobs to pay off all my bills and I am very blessed to know some of the nicest people in the world. As selfish as this project may sound like at first glance I'm glad to see that I did my best to explain to people it's not about me.
This project is to show people to never be afraid to try and peruse your dreams and make things happen for yourself. This project is for all of those who aren't as well off as myself and others by donating thousands of dollars to charity. This project was designed to bring people around the world together, my friends, your friends, Idol fans. Life moves by way too quickly and sometimes we get caught up in the routine of life. Sleep, Work, Eat. We forget what makes us happiest in the first place. For me it's family, friends and music. This project was an opportunity for so many things. To really show what I can do for my career path. To bring my friends and Idol fans from around the world to forget the stresses of life for one night and to just enjoy each others company and enjoy an unforgettable night of music. I hope this has been apparent in my project and i hope you have enjoyed the ride.
I have made some moves to try and get a response from Billy come August 18th. Stay tuned.
